Biography
Dan Badger is a country singer‑songwriter originally from Sherbrooke, Quebec, now proudly rooted in Cambridge, Ontario. His love for country music grew out of his rural upbringing and the summers he spent farming with family—experiences that continue to shape his authentic sound and storytelling style.
Dan first stepped into the music scene as a member of a touring cover band, gaining invaluable stage experience and sharing bills with major artists including George Canyon, Blake Shelton, Glass Tiger, and Bret Michaels. Those years on the road laid the groundwork for his solo journey, which officially began in late 2017 with the release of his debut single.
Since then, Dan has collaborated with Canadian country star Jamie Warren and long‑time friend Darcy John, expanding his musical range and sharpening his craft. In 2024, he began working with Aaron Goodvin on a new project released in March 2025, followed by the single “Good Beer” in June.
Dan’s music is heartfelt and genuine—rooted in real stories, everyday moments, and the country traditions he grew up with. With each release, he continues to carve out his place in the Canadian country music landscape, bringing sincerity, passion, and a true storyteller’s spirit to everything he creates.
